MacGear is Moving!

We have recently restructured our operations with new office facilities in Alexandria (Inner Sydney) and separate warehousing in Eastern Creek (West Sydney). The new warehousing facility is an exciting step forward and will enable us to carry higher stock levels and offer improved lead times with more advanced logistics.
We will move to our new office location this Friday 24th August and shipping from the new warehouse facility is already underway. As you might expect, there may be some delays as we iron out any teething problems over this period; please bear with us.

Some important points to note:

RA RETURNS – you will be advised where to ship your returns to, on a case-by-case basis, when you submit your claim.
Some RAs requiring return may need to be held until further notice.
